Shipping Policy

 Shipping Information：

We currently offer free delivery to all of mainland Australia. Shipping is covered by Shengmilo and e-bike orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. Products by the local logistics of large goods is responsible for free delivery to your door, please note that I check the goods and sign. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, in-stock orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days (possibly same day), excluding weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address once the order has been shipped. Delivery time is 5-7 days. any delivery date provided by shengmilo is an estimate.

Note: Order Arrival Time = Order Processing Time + Delivery Time
Note: Due to manufacturer and courier restrictions, delivery times during public holidays may be affected. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We will resume normal service immediately after each holiday.

Special circumstances such as large orders, new product releases or restocking days may result in longer shipping times.

NOTE: Shengmilo is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items once the product has been signed for. We can assist you in filing a claim with the logistics for any items lost, stolen or damaged as a result of service acts or omissions of the logistics, but we do not take primary responsibility.

Note: It may take a few days for the tracking number to be activated in the courier company's system after dispatch. If this information is not displayed on the courier company's website, please try again later.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to keep up to date and contact the courier company for any changes to the delivery date. shengmilo is not responsible for undeliverable parcels.

If you have registered an account on shengmilo-au.com, you can track your order as well as shipping and processing information. If you have not registered on our website, you can still track your order using your order number or through the respective logistics official website

Note: If you have not received your bicycle yet but the logistics order shows that the goods have been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. After 3 business days, we will no longer process this issue, and the customer will need to contact the respective logistics company to resolve the issue.
